About Keren Jonas Fitness

Keren started teaching swimming at age 15 and never stopped. Not only has her passion grown since then, but her expertise as well. Keren became a certified personal trainer in 2013 and her long term martial arts practice led her to find yoga, receiving her 200 YTR certification in 2016. Keren works with wide range of clientele; spanning from pre-teens to late 80s.

In addition to personal training and yoga, Keren teaches bootcamp classes, teen fitness, boxing, self defense, leads running groups, and has taught over 100 adults how to swim.
