How do I know what package is right for me?
You can set up a free phone consultation. If you are new (or rusty) in fitness activities, I recommend the in-person First Client Assessment so that I can gain a full understanding of how your body moves and how to best achieve your individual goals.
What is included in the written programs?
The written program includes two 3-week cycles of personalized programs as well as videos of exercises and constant communication with me.
I read your quote about focusing on gaining rather than losing, but what if my goal is strictly weight loss?
The exciting thing about focusing on gaining, is that it goes hand-in-hand with that goal. When you change your lifestyle as well as your relationship with food and exercise, your body follows suit. Changing these elements in your lifestyle also allows you to maintain your weight loss overtime.
I have trouble motivating to work out. How I will be held accountable with an at-home program?
Regardless of what package you choose, you will have access to my personal number and be expected to keep me posted when you’ve completed your assignments. We are in your fitness journey together!
Where can I take your classes?
I currently teach yoga, swimming, and bootcamp classes at the Stamford JCC. Membership is required to attend.
What if I need to cancel a session?
I kindly request 24-hours notice for cancellations.
